1 Reel - Gorilla Fury: A Primal Spin on Classic Slot Action
Game Overview & Theme
Spinomenal's 1 Reel - Gorilla Fury breaks the mold by ditching the traditional grid layout. Instead, players are presented with a single vertical reel that displays 4 symbols at a time, with 20 fixed paylines running across them. The theme immerses you in a vibrant, misty jungle teeming with life. Animated vines sway, exotic flowers bloom, and a watchful gorilla king observes your spins from the side of the screen. The soundtrack combines deep tribal drums with ambient jungle sounds, building tension with each spin. The symbols are a crisp mix of classic fruit slot icons—like watermelons, grapes, and lemons—alongside thematic gems and the mighty gorilla himself as the wild. This fusion of a simple, classic aesthetic with a dynamic animal theme creates a visually striking and engaging experience.
How to Play 1 Reel - Gorilla Fury
Getting started with this unconventional slot is straightforward. Players set their total bet, which ranges from a minimum of EUR0.10 to a maximum of EUR100 per spin, using the clear controls at the bottom of the screen. The 20 paylines are fixed. A spin sets the single reel in motion, and wins are calculated based on matching symbols landing on the reel's four positions across the active lines. The paytable is easily accessible, detailing the value of each symbol. The key to the game lies in its special features: the Wild Gorilla symbol and the Fury Spins bonus. The wild substitutes for all regular symbols and can appear with random multipliers attached (2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x), which apply to any win it helps create. Landing three or more bonus scatter symbols on the reel triggers the main event.
Bonus Features & Special Symbols
The true fury of this slot is unleashed through its bonus rounds. The game may have one reel, but its features are mighty.
- Wild Gorilla with Random Multipliers: The Gorilla is the wild symbol. It can land with a random multiplier of 2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x. When it contributes to a winning combination, the entire win is multiplied by that value.
- Fury Spins Bonus: Land 3, 4, 5, or 6 bonus scatter symbols on the single reel to win 8, 10, 12, or 15 Fury Spins respectively. This mode is where the game's high-volatility nature shines. Before the round begins, a wheel is spun to determine a guaranteed multiplier that will be active on all wilds during the Fury Spins. This multiplier can be 2x, 3x, 5x, or 10x. Also, if you land additional bonus scatters during the Fury Spins, you retrigger more spins.
- Gorilla Rampage Feature (During Fury Spins): At random during the bonus round, the gorilla may enter a rampage. He can add extra wilds with multipliers to the reel or upgrade the global Fury Spins multiplier, significantly boosting win potential.
RTP, Volatility & Max Win
1 Reel - Gorilla Fury is unequivocally a high-volatility slot. This means wins can be less frequent but have the potential to be significantly larger when they occur. The game's Return to Player (RTP) is set at 91.55%, which is below the industry average. This lower RTP, combined with high volatility, creates a gameplay experience suited for players who enjoy high-risk, high-reward sessions where patience can be rewarded with substantial payouts. The maximum win potential is a key attraction, with the game offering the chance to win up to 10,000 times your total bet, especially during the explosive Fury Spins feature with multiplied wilds.
