Ming Warrior Rings of Fortune

Ming Warrior Rings of Fortune Slot

Ming Warrior Rings of Fortune is a 5-reel video slot by Ainsworth built on a 20-payline math model. Released in April 2017, it carries an RTP of 93.88% — noticeably below the 96% industry average, meaning it returns less over time than most modern online slots. Go in knowing that.

Symbols and Base Game

The warrior is the wild. He substitutes for all regular symbols and lands on reels 2, 3, and 4 during normal play. The coin is the scatter — it pays anywhere on the grid and unlocks the Free Spins feature. The horse is the top-paying line symbol.

Free Spins Feature

Land three or more coin scatters anywhere to trigger 10 free games. Before the round starts, the game randomly picks a wild multiplier — either 2× or 8× — that applies to every wild-assisted win during the feature. The warrior wild also extends his reach in free spins, covering reel 5 in addition to his normal reels 2, 3, and 4. The 8× outcome can push wins noticeably higher than the base game ceiling.

Rings of Fortune Bonus

The "Rings of Fortune" label marks an Ainsworth extended bonus layered on top of the standard free spins. A dedicated set of Rings of Fortune scatter symbols triggers this second feature, which offers tiered prize payouts beyond what the free spins round delivers. The mechanic runs across several Ainsworth titles and always comes with a structured prize ladder at the top end. The game's paytable confirms the exact trigger count and prize values.

Bets and Top Prize

Minimum bet is 0.20 credits; maximum is 2,000 credits. Payline count is selectable at 5, 10, or 20 lines. The top prize reaches 200,000 coins, placing it firmly in the high-denomination territory Ainsworth built this math model for.

More from Ainsworth

If the dragon-and-fortune aesthetic appeals to you, Ainsworth carries it across several other titles. Dragon Lines and Dragon Lines Super share the same Eastern theme with their own structured bonus layers. For something with a faster pace and more volatile swings, Action Dragons is worth a spin.
