How The Big Dog House's special symbols work

dog house (pink/red)

This symbol is WILD and substitutes for all symbols except for any BONUS symbol. WILD symbol is present only on reels 2, 3 and 4 and can hit as an 1x1 (normal), 1x3 (EXPANDED) or 3x3 (COLOSSAL) symbol. At every spin, all WILDs have a random multiplier of 2x or 3x. The WILD multiplier applies to the win of each payline that it is part of. If there is more than one WILD symbol part of the win of a payline, the multipliers of all WILD symbols on that payline are added to each other.

The Big Dog House features

FREE SPINS

Before the round starts, a random number of free spins is awarded. A grid of 3x3 reels will spin automatically to reveal a number of free spins in each cell. Each cell shows a random number of 1, 2 or 3 free spins. The numbers in each cell are added together and the total is awarded. During the FREE SPINS ROUND, all WILD symbols are of 1x1 size and can hit on reels 2, 3 or 4, then remain on the screen for the whole duration of the FREE SPINS round. Sticky WILD symbols have a random multiplier which is revealed when the WILD hits and it remains the same until the end of the round.

FREE SPINS modifiers

If the round was triggered with the BIGGIE modifier, all WILD symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4 hit only as 1x3 or 3x3 size. If the round was triggered with both GHOST OUT AND BIGGIE modifier, then all WILDS symbols on reels 2,3 and 4 hit as 1x3 or 3x3 size and there are no GHOST WILD symbols on reel 5.
