Wish Upon A Leprechaun: A Blueprint Gaming Slot Review
Game Overview & Theme
Blueprint Gaming has painted a seriously pretty picture here. Wish Upon A Leprechaun throws you into a colourful Irish landscape, complete with rolling hills, a stone bridge, and that well-known rainbow. The symbols are a charming mix: a mischievous leprechaun wild, a gleaming pot of gold scatter, and lucky charms like horseshoes and four-leaf clovers. It’s a classic theme, sure, but the cheerful soundtrack and crisp animations make it feel fresh. It sets a lovely stage for what’s to come.
RTP, Volatility & Betting Range
Here's the straight story on this slot's math.
The Return to Player (RTP) for Wish Upon A Leprechaun is 92.56%. That's a key detail—it sits below the industry average, which means the house has a slightly stronger edge over the long run.
Volatility is High. Translation? Wins can be less frequent, but when they hit, they have the potential to be seriously chunky. This makes managing your balance absolutely essential.

Symbols, Paytable & The multiple ways to win
The symbols are split between lower-paying card suits (10-A) and higher-paying thematic icons like the Leprechaun's Hat. The Leprechaun himself is the Wild, substituting for all symbols except the Scatter.

Special Features & Bonus Rounds
This is where the fun really begins. The features in Wish Upon A Leprechaun are where you wish upon a jackpot.
- Wild Symbol: The grinning Leprechaun Wild helps complete winning combos on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5.
- Free Spins (Wishing Well Bonus): Land three or more Pot of Gold Scatters to trigger this. You'll be whisked to a second screen with a Wishing Well. Pick coins to reveal multipliers (from 1x up to a dreamy 100x) and extra free spins. These values add up into a total multiplier that applies to *every win* during the ensuing free spins. This is the heart of the game's potential.
- Mystery Symbols: These can land anywhere. When they drop, they all transform into the same random paying symbol, which can suddenly create a huge cluster of wins.
